SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Institute for Community Research (ICR) is inviting organizations to co-sponsor our 2nd International Conference.

Benefits of Sponsorship

  • Demonstrate your organization's commitment to promoting social justice and eliminating disparities.
  • Gain name recognition and visibility for your organization. All co-sponsors will be highlighted in the conference program and conference website and will be acknowledged during conference plenary sessions.
  • Give back to the community by providing scholarship support to community residents, artists, community agency staff, and students.

Co-Sponsorship Opportunities

There are two ways to sponsor the Crossroads Conference.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level Sponsorship ($5,000+)

Benefits include: Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor on all appropriate printed materials, conference website and signage at the event.

Gold Level Sponsorship ($2,500 - $4999)

Benefits include: Recognition as a Gold Sponsor on all appropriate printed materials, conference website and signage at the event.

Silver Level Sponsorship ($1,000 - $2499)

Benefits include: Recognition as a Silver Sponsor on all appropriate printed materials, conference website and signage at the event.

Bronze Level Sponsorship ($500 - $999)

Benefits include: Recognition as a Bronze Sponsor on all appropriate printed materials, conference website and signage at the event.

Sponsoring Conference Activities

Luncheons ($1,500)

Support one of the luncheons during the conference. Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed during the luncheon.

Breakfasts ($1000)

Support one of the breakfasts during the conference. Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed during the breakfast.

Gallery Exhibit ($1,000)

Support the installation of the Crossroads II multi-media exhibit that explores the interface of artistic expression, structured inquiry and social justice issues. The exhibit will run from June 1-30, 2007 at the Conrad Mallett Gallery in downtown Hartford. Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed in the gallery and your support acknowledged on gallery materials.

Hartford Community Tour Transportation: ($1,000)

Support the costs of bus transportation for attendees participating in the pre-conference Hartford community tour. Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed on the bus and at the community sites being visited.

Opening & Gallery Reception ($1,000)

Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed during the Opening Event and the Gallery Reception.

Scholarships (Starting at $500)

Help support the participation of community residents, members from community-based organizations, artists, and students committed to CBCR and social justice issues. A listing of scholarship supporters will be prominently displayed during the conference. Scholarships will be used to defray the costs of registration and travel expenses.

Refreshment Breaks ($500)

Support one of the refreshment breaks during the conference. Signage with your organization’s name and logo will be displayed during the break.
