Colleen Foster-Bey, M.Ed., is a Research Associate on the NIDCR –funded project Building Collaborative Research Infrastructure to Reduce Oral Health Disparities among Low Income Adults. Colleen was also a Youth Research Trainer in ICR’s National Teen Action Research Institute. Before working at ICR, Colleen was Assistant Director of the Center for International Community Health Studies at the Uuniversity of Connecticut Health Center’s School of Medicine. Colleen’s research interests include health disparities among older adults and people with disabilities.
